  2. Come to Happy's Place Saturday, September 19, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.. 2323 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003.
  3. Pay $20 and draw Registration includes a meal ticket for Happy's Place. Cash prizes for the top three poker hands. Bring cash for the raffle and the auction while you are at it.
